Jen Angel and her team have extensive experience producing and promoting events such as workshops, conferences, weddings, and lectures. These services include:

  • Venue walk-through and layout
  • Vendor coordination for catering, photography, flowers, decor, entertainment, designers
  • Theme or concept development and implementation
  • Personalized timeline/schedule
  • Registration assistance for ticketed events
  • On-site day of coordination and troubleshooting
  • Budget and expense management
  • Promotion of your event or workshop
  • Creative solutions to stay on budget and make your event memorable

Along with volunteer experience as core organizers for events such as The Allied Media Conference (1999-2005) and The Bay Area Anarchist Book Fair (2013-2017), examples of Jen's past work in this area include:

  • Day-of wedding coordination at numerous Bay Area venues (more info below)
  • Lead coordinator for themed parties for 50 to 100 guests, including decor/set up, event flow, entertainment/DJs, catering, budgeting and financial management
  • IHP Climate Change Program: Launch coordinator: Two-week logistical support for 4 faculty and 20-35 students, including locate and book classrooms, housing, guest speakers, field trips, catering (Spring 2016, Fall 2015, Spring 2015)
  • 20-city Do The Math tour: Locate venues, provide logistical support, and liaise with local non-profit partners - November 2012

Day-of Wedding Coordination Package - $1200

Although we offer complete planning services, what if you want to design your whole wedding or event, but you need someone else there to make sure it all runs smoothly? Jen can help with that! The Day-of Wedding Coordination package includes:

  • Venue walk-through
  • Review your timeline and floorplan
  • Vendor recommendations for catering, photography, photobooth, flowers, etc.
  • Connect with each vendor to confirm details prior to event
  • On-site coordination and trouble-shooting at the event (up to 10 hours)
