We have extensive experience producing and promoting events such as workshops, conferences, weddings, and lectures. Our services include:

Along with our volunteer experience as core organizers for events such as The Allied Media Conference (1999-2005) and The Bay Area Anarchist Book Fair (2013-2016), examples of our past work in this area include:

  • Day-of and catering coordination at numerous Bay Area venues (more info below)
  • IHP Climate Change Program: Launch coordinator: Two-week logistical support for 4 faculty and 20-35 students, including locate and book classrooms, housing, guest speakers, field trips, catering (Spring 2016, Fall 2015, Spring 2015)
  • 20-city Do The Math tour: Locate venues, provide logistical support, and liaise with local non-profit partners - November 2012
  • Deanna Zandt's Social Media for Social Justice 2012 San Francisco workshop: Locate venue, provide logistical support, and handle registrations

Day-of Wedding Coordination Package - $750

What if you want to design your whole wedding or event, but you need someone else there to make sure it all runs smoothly? We can help with that! Our Day-of Wedding Coordination package includes:

  • Venue walk-through
  • Review your timeline and floorplan
  • Vendor recommendations for catering, photography, photobooth, flowers, etc.
  • Connect with each vendor to confirm details to weeks prior to event
  • On-site coordination and trouble-shooting at the event (up to 10 hours)
