Services
Aid & Abet is a full service booking and publicity group that works with independent authors, filmmakers, and activists.
What we can do for you
Aid & Abet works with individuals and groups to develop appropriate communications strategies tailored for your needs and your budget. This often includes:
- Developing a media strategy, plan, or timeline
- Developing a press kit or outreach materials
- Creating a media list
- Pitching your project to independent and mainstream radio, print, and online media
- Tracking media hits
- Social media
- Developing distribution strategies to activist groups or outside of bookstores
- Booking speaking events and tours at bookstores, colleges & universities, activist spaces, and with community groups
Aid & Abet also works with organizations and activist groups on media for events, campaigns, and actions. We charge by the hour, and work very small contracts (such as creating a strategic plan for you – about 5 hours of work), to creating and implementing a comprehensive book launch or compaign (30 – 50 hours). We also handle media and speaking requests for authors on an ongoing basis.
